Application of FLEXIM Ultrasonic Flowmeter in Shenzhou Spacecraft

Beijing Connerson Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. cooperates with China Institute of Space Technology to jointly tackle the non-contact online measurement of the flow of working fluids under vacuum conditions. The latest application of FLEXIM ultrasonic flowmeters in Shenzhou spacecraft provides performance testing for Shenzhou spacecraft. Valuable technical data has been well received by the relevant departments. During the two-year span test process, we have experienced sensor-to-high vacuum testing, sensor low-temperature resistance testing, data transmission testing, precise positioning of narrow installation spaces, atmospheric-pressure fluid transport testing, and vacuum-based fluid transport testing. A series of test verifications, such as full simulation and full data comprehensive testing, have overcome many technical problems and finally achieved the established goals. Throughout the testing process, we have profoundly appreciated the rigorous work style of the Chinese aerospace people and are deeply honored, proud, and proud to be able to contribute to China’s space industry. Up to now, various ultrasonic flow testing equipments ADM6725, ADM7407, F601 of FLEXIM GmbH have been successfully applied in space thermal control systems, rocket launch systems, rocket filling systems, astronaut centers and other departments.
