In recent years, with the increase in equipment loaded with many tuners such as FM and 1seg, there is a demand for SPDT switches with high isolation for separating signals. In order to meet the requirements of the market, Nippon Wireless has developed a series of SPDT switches that are most suitable for signal separation. Devices such as STB* and TV tuner that require higher isolation use multiple SPDT switches or use discrete circuits. The NJG1666MD7 is an SPDT switch that has been developed to make it easier to separate signals from devices that require high isolation characteristics.
Feature 1 achieves high isolation and low insertion loss, completes high isolation circuit design, and reduces parasitic capacitance in IC chip and package, thus achieving high isolation (70dB@250MHz, z) and realizing Low insertion loss (0.50dB typ.@f=2200MHz) that is difficult to coexist at the same time.
