The 12th Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition, sponsored by Guangzhou Guangya Messe Frankfurt Co., Ltd. and supported by the China Lighting Society, was successfully concluded at the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from June 8th to 11th, 2007.
This event specially invited famous scholars, architects, designers, industry experts and representatives from various localities to visit and guide the exhibition. Among them, Gan Ziguang, Wang Jinxi, Li Binghua, Rong Haolei, Yu Ting, Shi Hengzhao and other academic experts and designers were the keynote speakers at the summit held concurrently at the exhibition. Expert of the National Engineering Construction Standard Design Expert Committee, director of the China Lighting Association (CIES) and deputy director of the indoor lighting committee, director of the Beijing Lighting Society (IESB) and deputy director of the indoor lighting committee. He will focus on the research and practice of green lighting technology in the National Stadium for lighting energy conservation, control and environment. His projects include: Digital Building of Beijing Science and Technology Exhibition Center, State Grid Dispatching Control Center of the Ministry of Power, National Sports Singing - Main Stadium of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
