Xiaobeiyi Road in the area has become the world's first road to use high-tech high-power LED street lighting.

"This energy-saving LED street lamp technology independently researched and developed in China has ended the LED lighting industry only for the history of low illumination, and successfully filled the gap in the high-power LED lighting area." It is understood that not long ago, the Ministry of Science and Technology commissioned the Electronic Science and Technology Information Research Institute of the Ministry of Information Industry to carry out scientific and technological appraisal of "high-power LED street lamps", and identified the high-power and high-efficiency LED street lamps installed by Xiaoming Liguang in Shenyang Xiaobeiyi Road. Above 10 meters of light poles, the ground illumination reaches 20Lux (the unit of illumination is the number of lumens per square meter, also known as lux), which is the world's first.

Based on the advantages of low LED power consumption, long life, energy saving and environmental protection, Daming Liguang successfully solved the worldwide problem of LED heat dissipation and doubled the light efficiency and brightness of LEDs. Urban lighting experts have calculated an account: In Shenyang, for example, there are currently 200,000 street lamps in the city. If all LED lights are used, the annual electricity saving will be 146 million kWh. From the aspects of protecting the environment and saving energy and reducing emissions, for Shenyang, which is mainly based on thermal power generation, it is equivalent to saving about 60,000 tons of standard coal per year and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by nearly 110,000 tons.
