Ma Ting said that as early as in 2005 and 2008, Jing Chen cooperated with Skyworth, a maker of home appliances, to launch a 1+1 solution USB TV. The industry supports H.264, RMVB decoding and K song functions for the first time; now it is in audio and video. Decoding has its own technical advantages. It has been able to achieve 4K video and 60 frames in the chip design, support HDMI2.0, support HDCP 2.2 and other levels. Ma Ting also revealed that its products will evolve to 64-bit this year, including 64-bit modular TV SOC T966 and integrated smart TV SOC T968, as well as 8-core set-top box SOC S912 and 4-core 64-bit set-top box SOC S905X.
HDR is undoubtedly the most popular technology in the TV industry. Currently, there are many HDR standards, but the most common HDR formats are: HDR-10, HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma), and Dolby Vision. Speaking of HDR high dynamic range image technology support, Ma Ting said that the new TV and STB product line series SOC that Crystal Chen will launch this year will support mainstream HDR standards in the market. Specifically: S905X supports HDR10 and HLG. S912 supports HDR10, HLG, and Dolby Vision. Both T966 and T968 will support HDR10.
