Intelligent transformer reaches the international advanced level

The SZ11-63000/110 intelligent transformer developed by China Energy Construction Group Co., Ltd. Guangdong Equipment Factory successfully passed the product technical appraisal of the China Electricity Council, and obtained the appraisal and evaluation of “the overall technical performance has reached the international advanced level of similar products”.

The appraisal committee highly evaluated the SZ11-63000/110 intelligent transformer developed by the plant after hearing the report, reviewing the data, investigating the site, and testing the product, and agreed that the product has a reasonable structure, low noise, low loss, and low partial discharge. Features such as strong resistance to short-circuit, intelligent component integrated gas composition measurement in oil, winding fiber temperature measurement, UHF partial discharge, iron core ground current, bushing capacitance, dielectric loss and end screen current monitoring unit and transformer comprehensive evaluation system, The integrated design of each monitoring unit and transformer has a high degree of intelligence. It can comprehensively evaluate the operation status of transformers and meet the requirements of energy-saving and environmental protection smart grids. The overall technical performance of prototypes has reached the international advanced level of similar products and has passed the product technical appraisal.
