LED display dedicated MOSFET series, used as LED scanning screen line power switch tube.
AC-DC power supply series
AC-DC power supply series products adopt 730V hybrid single-chip integrated process technology and Mingwei's original high-voltage self-starting and power supply technology, quasi-resonant control and low standby processing technology, built-in soft start and output overload protection, output Various protection functions such as flow protection, VDD undervoltage protection, and VDD overvoltage protection. It can pass EFT, lightning strike, surge and other reliability tests, and can pass 3C, UL, CE and other certifications to meet the six energy efficiency requirements.
LED lighting drive series
LED lighting driver series, using 730V hybrid single-chip integrated process technology and Mingwei's original constant current control technology, high-voltage self-starting and power supply technology and high power factor control technology and other patented technologies, built-in soft start and output open / short circuit protection, etc. A variety of protection, through EFT, lightning strikes, surges and other reliability tests, can pass 3C, UL, CE and other certifications.
