2. Main construction content

Third, bidder qualification requirements

(a) Basic qualification requirements

1. The bidder shall be a registered company in China with independent legal personality.

2. With a perfect quality management system, it must hold an ISO9001 quality management system certification issued by a nationally recognized quality organization or an equivalent quality management system certification.

3. The business scope of the bidder's business license is R&D, design, manufacture, sales and service of solar photovoltaic cells or photovoltaic modules; there is a tax registration certificate and an organization code certificate; the registered capital is not less than RMB 50 million.

4. In the last three years, no bad behavior such as fraudulent bid winning and serious breach of contract has occurred.

5. Not being ordered to suspend business, property was taken over, frozen and bankruptcy.

6. Has good bank credit and business reputation, operating in good condition. There is no real or potential conflict of interest between the bidder and the bidder.

7. In the aspects of professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, performance and experience, they have corresponding qualifications and capabilities in design, manufacturing, quality control, operation and management.

8. The product performance is good, and the single crystal module grid-connected power generation performance of 50MWp and above or multi-component grid-connected power generation performance is 100MWp and above; the bidder's bid product shall have the product certification certificate issued by the certification body accredited by the CNCA. The model recommended by the bidder shall be certified by one of CGC, CQC and PCCC.

1 bid section

1. This tender is divided into 4 bid sections. According to the conditions of their products, the bidders bid separately according to the monocrystalline silicon component and the single crystal silicon double glass component.

2. If bidders bid on 2, 3, and 4 bids, they must bid on all three bids.

3. For all tenders, the bidder shall submit the bids according to the specifications (power) in the list, and promise that the production capacity of the monocrystalline silicon module meets the sum of all tender bids.

4. The total bid price of the bid invitation requires that the same bidder have the same price for the same power price quoted in each bid section.

5. For 1 to 4 bids, the same bidder can only bid up to 2 bids;

6. According to KPK backboard quotation, the backplane shall use the supplier's products authorized by the patent owner of KPK (Akema) (see the tender documents for details), otherwise, it will be handled according to the serious deviation from the bid documents.

Fourth, the issue of tender documents
