2.1 Overview of the project The third oil production plant injection system Water storage tank oxygen isolation device repair and repair technical service items are the daily maintenance items of the third oil extraction plant of Changqing Oilfield Company in 2017, mainly distributed in Yanchi County of Ningxia, Dingbian County of Shaanxi, Jing Border County, Wuqi County, Zhidan County.

In this project, on-site installation guidance is provided for the inspection of 145 oxygen storage tanks of the cleaning oil storage tank at the Third Oil Production Plant and the site installation instructions for the maintenance work of each tank. At the same time, 13 oxygen-dissipation devices for the tanks that cannot be normally operated are carried out at the same time. Repair, repair and maintenance. III. Bidder qualification requirements

This project requires all bidders to go to the Public Prosecutor's Office to investigate the files of bribery crimes, and the Prosecutor's Office issued the “Notice of the Prosecutor’s Office inquiring about bribery files” (referred to as the “letter”) within the last two months; the bidders submit the bid documents. The original must be accompanied by an original letter or a clear, color scan. If the "Notice" QR code cannot be identified or displayed with a bribery criminal record, its bid document will be rejected.
