On July 15, 2014, Dongguan Qinshang Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. ("Company") announced that the company's holding subsidiary, Shenzhen Qinshang Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Qinshang") received the purchase of Guichi District Government. The center's notice on the bidding for the "BOT Procurement Project of LED Street Lights in Chizhou Industrial Park and Guichi Qianjiang Industrial Park" is about 19.75 million yuan.
There are 11 new street lights in the Guichi Industrial Park. The length of the building is 15.7 kilometers and the number of street lamps is 810. Eighteen new street lamps were built in the Qianjiang Industrial Park in Guichi. The construction length is 23.5 kilometers and the number of street lamps is 2001. Four new municipal roads will be built in Yingbin Garden Community, with a construction length of 2.9 kilometers and a construction of 115 street lamps. The energy-saving renovation of street lamps in Guichi Industrial Park, the number of street light sources is 1106, and the final quantity is subject to the follow-up formal purchase contract.
The main body of the bid is Shenzhen Qinshang and Nanjing Langhui Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("Nanjing Langhui"). Shenzhen Qin will play a leading role in the implementation of this project, and Nanjing Langhui will play an auxiliary role in design and installation.
