The technical personnel of the factory determined by the commission are responsible for the implementation and cooperation of the power transformation management. The PRTR coatings are applied to the above 14 groups of the Honghe Power Supply Bureau and dry hollow reactors. The main contents include the following:
1. Integral inspection of the reactor body;
2. Perform dust removal and ash treatment on the reactor body and ensure that the entire encapsulation surface is dry and clean after dust removal;
3, PRTV coating spraying reactor, the surface of the reactor should be uniform after spraying, no leakage, no bubbles, no sagging, coating thickness 0.3-0.5mm;
4. After spraying the paint, the equipment must be checked again to ensure that it does not affect the insulation structure and performance of the original equipment. At the same time, after applying PRTV paint to the shunt reactor, the following standards shall be met:
(1) Appearance: The coating surface is smooth, smooth, no drip, no sagging; (2) The coating thickness is 0.3-0.5mm; (3) Adhesion: after cutting with a blade, the artificial peeling is not stratified; ( 4) Hydrophobicity: The spray water grading method is HC1~HC2 grade, and the HC1 grade should be greater than 50%; (5) Temperature rise: It has a comparison test of temperature rise before and after coating, and is compared with that before coating, and the temperature after coating L is not greater than 5K.
