DAC165xQ is a 16-bit 1.5 Gsps four-channel DAC with an input data rate of 750 Msps, which can provide high bandwidth support for a variety of base transceiver station (BTS) platform applications. By replacing the 32 pairs of matched differential lines (common in traditional interfaces) with 8 high-speed differential lines, the 10 Gbps integrated JESD204B interface can improve system performance and greatly simplify wiring and PCB stacking. DAC165xQ supports all popular wireless standards including MC-GSM, with high spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR = 85 dBc typ) and low noise spectral density (NSD = -162 dBm / Hz typ) to improve signal quality.

IDT's JESD204B-enabled DAC integrates two complex numerically controlled oscillators (NCO) for intermediate frequency (IF) mixing, low-noise bypassable integrated phase-locked loop (PLL), and multiple radio frequency mute modes for maximum flexibility And optimize system costs. In addition, the product provides harmonic clocking and deterministic delay to support beamforming through multi-device synchronization (MDS). This allows multiple DAC output streams to achieve sampling-level synchronization and phase coherence, thereby achieving coordination at the system level. IDT DAC1658Q and DAC1653Q are currently in the customer sampling stage and are packaged in a 10 mm x 10 mm 72-lead HLA package. DAC1658Q is a high output common mode level version (2.8 V to 3.0 V), and DAC1653Q is a low output common mode level version (0.25V to 0.5V), which is convenient for use with a variety of IQ modulators.
